Billing Procedures: Arclight Resources charges Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hour on all projects. In most cases, Arclight Resources can provide a flat rate estimate based on the above mentioned rate when beginning a project so that the client can plan their budget accordingly. If the parameters of the project change, or if it involves much more time than originally estimated, Arclight Resources will inform the client and renegotiate the rate. Upon receiving client approval, the final invoice will be submitted. If no comments or revisions are received within one week of submitting the final draft, the final invoice will be sent. For any project with a final rate of $500.00 or more, Arclight resources will bill for half the total estimated cost upon commencing the project, and the balance upon completion.

            Arclight Resources requires an initialed agreement before any work begins. Unless otherwise specified, the quote for any written piece includes two (2) telephone interviews, and one (1) round of revisions. Any additional interviews, meetings, research trips, phone calls are billed on an hourly basis at Sixty Dollars per hour ($60/hr.). Any further revisions are billed on an hourly basis of Fifty Dollars ($50/hr). All incidental expenses such as long distance phone calls, postage, courier expenses, etc. are billed to the client at cost. When a project involves writing, photography, graphic design, artwork, etc., separate estimates will be provided for each item, and may be billed separately.
